About Me
Biotechnology postgraduate with a strong foundation in molecular biology, microbial genetics and computational biology. Skilled in PCR-based gene profiling, SNP analysis, microbial screening and computational techniques such as homology modelling, molecular docking and protein–ligand interaction analysis.
I have contributed to multidisciplinary research projects ranging from SNP analysis in breast cancer, virulence gene profiling in Enterococcus faecalis and protein–ligand interactions comparison to machine learning models for hepatitis B progression and diabetic complications. I have also assisted in the development of juProt, an open-source Julia-based tool for comparative protein–ligand interaction analysis. My experience spans both wet-lab experimentation and computational data-driven research.
Alongside my scientific work, I leverage my passion for data science, actively integrating computational approaches to build efficient, scalable solutions in bioinformatics and translational biology. I’m eager to apply these skills to contribute to research and innovation in biotechnology with a focus on advancing human health and sustainability.
